Disha Group entered merchant banking in 1994, with a focus on helping companies access the capital markets and prepare for key financial milestones.

The business was subsequently discontinued. Disha is now working towards re-entering the merchant banking space and regaining its licence, with a renewed focus on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and capital market advisory.
